About Us

Rebuild is the trading name for the National Family Support Service.

We provide Semi-independent provision for care leavers between the ages of 16 to 18. We recognise the need for additional support for young who have come through the looked after process only to face the realities of independent living, often with limited support networks to help the achieve a status of successful contributing member of their community.

We pride ourselves on our solid social care background and believe that this has enabled us to design a service that can remove barriers to progression for young people coming into the outside world. Rebuild is a local and home grown service provided by practitioners with first hand knowledge of the community within which services are provided.

WHAT WE DO

We support young people who experience a range of difficulty and/or barriers to progression to include ASD, SEN, ADHD and utilise the “Preparation For Independence Work Book and Pathway Planning Checklist” that works alongside the young persons pathway plan.

We are a registered ASDAN centre and are able to offer residents a range of short courses to include ‘preparation for independence’, Healthy relationships’. We have access to gang and knife crime programmes to support the safety and welfare of residents.
